About Neat
Neat is a Ghanaian toilet-roll maker. We make 2-ply and 3-ply toilet rolls and sell them through shops and retailers.
About the role
We are hiring full-time Community Marketers in Accra. As a Community Marketer you are Neat’s representative in and around your own community: you build Neat’s presence with the shops and retailers near you, keep them supplied and grow sales in your area.
What you will do
- Represent Neat in and around your local community in Accra.
- Find new shops and retailers in your area and register them on the Neat app, including their location.
- Take the Neat stock assigned to you and keep your retailers supplied.
- Record every sale in the app, whether the customer pays in cash or by mobile money.
- Hand over the cash you collect and return unsold stock.
- Build lasting relationships with shop owners and grow repeat orders.
What we are looking for
- You live in Accra and know your local community well.
- You are available to work full-time.
- You are comfortable approaching shop owners and talking to customers.
- You are honest and reliable when handling stock and cash.
- You have a smartphone and a Ghana phone number.
- You have a valid Ghana Card.
Nice to have
- Experience in sales, field marketing or FMCG distribution.
