About Neat
Neat is a Ghanaian toilet-roll maker. We make 2-ply and 3-ply toilet rolls and sell them through shops and retailers.
About the role
We are hiring a full-time Videographer in Accra. As Neat’s Videographer you film and edit the videos that show people Neat: our toilet rolls, how we make them in our factory, our team and the shops that sell them. Your videos go on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and in our ads.
What you will do
- Film Neat’s products for social media and ads.
- Make short videos for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Film our factory, how our toilet rolls are made and the people who make them.
- Edit your own videos, with captions and music, ready to post.
- Film anything else Neat needs, such as events, shops that sell Neat and customer stories.
- Plan shoots with the team and keep our video files organised.
What we are looking for
- You live in Accra or can travel to work in Accra every day.
- You are available to work full-time.
- You can show us videos you have filmed.

Nice to have
- Experience making TikTok or Instagram videos that people watch and share.

Your videos matter more than your certificates. If you can show us good work, we want to hear from you.
