THE JOB
What a Neat marketer does.
You are Neat on the ground. Shops in your area should know your face, trust your word and never run out of Neat.
- 01
Find shops near you
Visit kiosks, provision shops, chemical sellers and traders in your area. Register each shop on your phone, with its location, in a couple of minutes.
- 02
Keep them stocked
Neat gives you stock to sell. You deliver to your shops, check on them and take the next order before they run out.
- 03
Record every sale
Your phone is your sales book. Record each sale in the app, paid in cash or by mobile money, so your numbers are always right.
- 04
Hand over and get paid
Hand over the cash you collect and return any unsold stock. The bales you sell are counted toward your monthly pay.

QUESTIONS
Good to know.
Is this a salary job?
No. Pay is based on what you sell. You earn GHS 1,000 when you sell 80 bales in a month, a share of that if you sell fewer, and a GHS 20 bonus for every bale above 80.
What is a bale?
A big bag of 70 Neat toilet rolls: 7 packs of 10 rolls.
Do I need to buy stock first?
No. Neat gives approved marketers stock to sell. You record each sale, hand over the money, and return what you do not sell.
Can I do this alongside other work?
Yes. You plan your own days. What counts is the bales you sell each month.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying is free. Neat will never ask you to pay money to apply or to start.
Why do you need my Ghana Card?
You will carry Neat stock and collect money, so everyone is identity-checked. Your photos are encrypted and are never shown publicly.
Your community. Your earnings.
